What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to enhance the reliability of electrical power distribution systems
- Provide technical guidance on compliance with local, national, and international codes and standards
- Manage predictive data analysis and ensure follow-up on maintenance activities
- Assist with engineering studies, incident investigations, and prepare reports
- Train and mentor field technicians in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
- Proficient understanding of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, ISA, NEC, and IEEE
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for up to 10 days with little notice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Medium Voltage systems
- 5 years of experience in Industrial Operations
