      - Provide technical expertise and support within the Electrical Engineering Division
      - Assist higher-graded technicians and engineers on various engineering projects

      - Participate in shipboard testing and trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a US Citizen
      - Must be determined suitable for federal employment
