      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and validate detailed SKM electrical system models for medium- and low-voltage distribution systems
      - Perform short circuit studies to confirm equipment withstand ratings and identify overstressed equipment
      - Execute protective device coordination studies to ensure system reliability
      - Conduct arc flash hazard analyses and produce compliant arc flash labels
      - Collaborate with design engineers and commissioning teams to validate assumptions and keep models current

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
      - 5–10+ years of experience performing power system studies, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities
      - Advanced proficiency with SKM Power Tools, including DAPPER, CAPTOR, and Arc Flash modules
      - Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and IEEE 1584
      - Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EIT or PE license preferred, but not required
      - Hands-on experience with UPS systems, generator paralleling, ATS/STS equipment, and redundant distribution architectures
