      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical supervision to ensure successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables
      - Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants
      - Review and track progress of project deliverables, maintaining project scope and budget
      - Coordinate completion of engineering design change packages and technical analysis reviews
      - Interface with clients to validate scope and ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
      - 10 years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants
      - 3 years of experience in leading an engineering design group through all phases of a project design
      - Experience with electrical system design, including low and medium voltage distribution systems
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to project team members and clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PE Licensure is preferred
      - Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead engineering role
      - Detail-oriented approach to work
      - Proficiency with MS Office applications
      - Capable of being badged for unescorted access to a nuclear station
