      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring successful completion of deliverables
      - Define project scope, deliverables, and track progress to maintain budget and client satisfaction
      - Oversee detailed design phases and coordinate with multi-discipline teams for electrical engineering work
      - Develop proposals and cost estimates for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants
      - Mentor team members and identify strategic opportunities for client engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
      - 10 years of experience in electrical engineering systems design for nuclear power plants
      - 3 years of experience in leading an engineering design group through project phases
      - Experience with electrical system design, including low and medium voltage distribution systems
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PE Licensure is preferred
      - Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead engineering role
      - Detail-oriented approach to work
      - Capability of being badged for unescorted access to a nuclear station
