      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and review modification packages for operating nuclear power plants
      - Prepare functional mechanical drawings and engineering analyses to support plant operations
      - Develop engineering cost estimates for client-requested work scopes
      - Interface with clients and present engineering task statuses at office and plant sites
      - Lead engineering project teams to ensure successful project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
      - 10 or more years of experience in the nuclear power industry
      - Working knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical engineering design of nuclear power plants
      - PE license is beneficial, but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with small modular reactors (SMRs) and advanced reactor technology (ART)
      - Familiarity with digital modernization and life extension of nuclear plants
      - Background in coal-to-nuclear conversion initiatives
