      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead group members to ensure successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables
      - Define project scope, deliverables, and maintain communication with clients
      - Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for electrical modifications at nuclear power plants
      - Provide technical oversight and supervision for all electrical engineering activities
      - Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
      - 10 years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants
      - 3 years of experience leading an engineering design group through all phases of project design
      - Experience with electrical system design, including low and medium voltage distribution systems
      - Proficiency with MS Office applications and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PE Licensure is preferred
      - Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead engineering role
      - Detail-oriented approach to work
      - Capability of being badged for unescorted access to a nuclear station
