Job Description

- Demonstrate your commitment to safety in the workplace and lead by example.
- Supervising a variety of electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects for a diverse customer base,
- Installation of electrical components; Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, wiring, Instrumentation wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting, etc.
- Inspect work of all assigned crew members to ensure highest standards and craftsmanship (Quality assurance)
- Communicate with customers, gather information about their needs, formulate plans, clearly communicate those plans to team and see it through to completion
- Prepare reports and communicate back to branch staff
- Be familiar with scope of work and provide feedback to Project Manager for potential scope changes.
- Make decisions with minimal supervision based on relevant experience and knowledge of code/regulations
- 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in industrial, commercial and/or institutional sectors
- OSHA 30 certified
- Working knowledge of all relevant electrical code (NFPA, NEC, etc.)
- Thorough ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication skills within team and external customers
- Strong eye for Quality Assurance and pride in craftsmanship
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft programs, email, time entry)
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 90% of time)

Electrical Foreman
Spark Power Corp USA is seeking an experienced electrical foreman to provide technical expertise, project supervision, and administrative support for our operations.
Our ideal foreman candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation of electrical systems in accordance with current electrical codes and customer/drawing specifications, for performing jobs safely and efficiently, and for keeping customers and equipment running. Our Electricians promote a positive company image through service quality, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency
