  A leader in providing high-quality electrical and mechanical services across Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join their New Construction team, based out of Lititz, PA.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Lead and oversee new construction electrical projects as a working Foreman on commercial and residential job sites.
  - Install electrical wiring and equipment through all phases of construction, from rough-ins to final installations.
  - Collaborate closely with a team of electricians and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
  Interpret architectural blueprints and apply comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  - Manage job site logistics, including material orders, scheduling, and oversight of electrical mechanics.
  - Maintain clear and consistent communication with general contractors and internal trade teams.
  - Mentor and guide less experienced electricians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  - Ensure all work adheres to general construction safety standards and company safety protocols.
  - Complete all necessary documentation and project paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.

  
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  

  Key Requirements:
  
  - Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical construction, with proven leadership in a Foreman capacity.
  - Proficient in understanding and applying NEC code requirements.
  - OSHA-10 Certification.
  - Valid driver"s license with an insurable driving record.
  - Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
  - Ability to work independently and lead a team with strong organizational skills.
  - Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
  
  Key Qualifications:
  
  - Associate degree from a two-year technical school is a plus but not required.
  - Journeyman's or Master Electrician license is highly desirable.
  - Proficiency in using technology, including iPads and email communication, for project documentation and coordination.
  - Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  - Lifelong learner mindset with the desire to grow and stay current within the trade.
