- Responsible for inverter, converter, PCS/SKID, transformer, etc. electrical products project executing and management according to the internal and external requirements of the company and client, completing the Quality assurance, factory audit/review or some field inspection of power electronics components as request within the specified time.
- Communicate with account manager in a timely and effective manner, including but not limited to answering technical questions, providing professional advice, update project status and report making etc.
- Self-study for new standards and knowledge, and share experience, standards and technical information with colleagues.
- Support PV Module, racking, storage Quality assurance project execution and some field engineering service project.
- Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.
- Recognize CEA company culture and core values.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical automation, power electronics, etc.
At least 5 years working experience in PV&Stroage production and testing. Working experience in inverter/transformer factory is a must. - Proficient in inverter, transformer, skid, etc. electrical products testing and inspection.
- Proficient in inverter, transformer, skid, etc. electrical product manufacture process, testing process, test method and relevant test standards and specifications, like IEC, UL, IEEE.
- Able to understand SOW and complete tasks, independently working and project execution with pressure.
- Familiar with PV&storage system design, new energy generation acceptance testing standards, can independently complete the inverter field test is a plus.
- Familiar with DC/DC, DC/AC power conversion basic principle, topology structure; Analog circuit fundamentals, digital circuit fundamentals.
- Knowledge of PV modules, trackers, transformers, switchgear and storage is a Plus.
- Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with ISO, 6S and 8D, etc.
- Good computer skills, can write report independently
- In good health, able to travel frequently.
