What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing ACH files in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and research all issues related to ACH processing
- Perform online banking and bill pay customer setups and maintenance
- Assist management with projects related to the Electronic Banking Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of Electronic Banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation
- Bilingual / Conversational Spanish
