Electronic Banking Specialist I - HOA/PM (Remote Eligible: AZ, FL, KS, MO, NM, NV, TX)

Job Description

- Reviews and responds to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries.
- Processes outgoing wires in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoots and research all issues related to Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Checks, and ACH.
- Monitors daily Positive Pay processing.
- Coordinates with the Bookkeeping department for check adjustments.
- Processes online banking and bill pay customer setups and maintenance.
- Resolves customer issues effectively.
- Assists in audits and examinations.
- Serves as backup to the Treasury Management Support Specialist, which requires an advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products.
- Respond to ACH rules violations.
- Work closely with our client's third-party software vendors.
- Create new customer relationships and coordinate with clients with training in online banking products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Banking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with employees at all levels of the organization is essential to success.
- Be motivated and open to change.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, and good judgment.
- Proactively reach out or discover resources to determine solutions.
- Bilingual/Conversational Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication among team members with a constructive, respectful attitude.
