What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead tasks related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation, training, and ongoing support
- Document current and proposed workflows, conducting gap analyses and needs assessments
- Coordinate testing and produce relevant documentation, including test plans and project status reports
- Provide remote and on-site support to end-users and participate in a team on-call rotation
- Assist in the development of department guidelines, standards, and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
- Strong understanding of EHR applications and ability to navigate them proficiently
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and project teams
- Ability to produce comprehensive documentation and training materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare information technology applications and their integration points
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and monitoring processes
- Previous experience in training and development of peers
