      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform tasks related to EHR system implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support
      - Document current and proposed workflows using flowchart formats and evaluate solutions for efficiency
      - Produce various documentation including gap analyses, design specifications, and test plans
      - Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
      - Provide remote and on-site support as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
      - Strong understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
      - Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with peers and stakeholders
      - Ability to document workflows and produce technical documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare IT or related fields
      - Familiarity with testing methodologies and project management
      - Knowledge of information security best practices
      - Previous experience in training or mentoring others
      - Understanding of integration requirements for healthcare peripherals and devices
