What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line end-user support for the Electronic Health Records System (EHRS)
- Assist in the creation and management of user accounts and access permissions
- Receive, triage, and document EHRS support requests from the help desk system
- Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing operations and workflow improvements
- Participate in user trainings and presentations, both in person and electronically
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in information systems or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Basic understanding of IT systems, workflow documentation, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Proficiency in standard desktop tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
- Valid CA Driver's License and maintains insurability on the Agency's auto liability policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some exposure to healthcare IT systems, support, or applications preferred
- Experience or familiarity with Welligent or ChildPlus software is a plus
- Familiarity with Visio, SharePoint, and database concepts is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between sites as needed
