What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage EMR/EHR integration projects for ambulatory cardiac monitoring workflows
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinate integrations between cardiac data platforms and EMR/EHR systems
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide onsite or remote support during implementation and go-live events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of healthcare IT project management or integration experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with HL7 v2.x workflows including ADT, ORM, ORU, and DFT
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent technical implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with clinical operations, diagnostic services, or cardiology workflows
- Familiarity with FHIR-based integrations and modern interoperability frameworks
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change effectively
