What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model effective teaching practices to positively impact student achievement
- Develop and manage aligned curriculum and assessments for designated courses
- Analyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and support student success
- Collaborate with educators and leaders to enhance instructional quality and support diverse learners
- Facilitate professional development sessions and coach fellow educators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing)
- Minimum of 3 years of exemplary teaching experience in an elementary school setting
- Valid Texas Teaching certificate in the relevant content area
- Proven ability to design curriculum aligned to Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
