What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide synchronous instruction to students in small-group and one-to-one settings
- Utilize data to diagnose student learning needs and provide Tier 1 differentiated instruction
- Communicate regularly with parents and students to update Personal Learning Plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure effective student progression through the curriculum
- Proctor state testing and participate in student recruiting sessions and marketing efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be highly qualified and certified to teach K-5 in Idaho with a valid #7010 All Subjects (K-8) Idaho credential
- Strong technology skills, particularly with Google Suite, Microsoft Windows, and MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze, implement, and track intervention plans and strategies
- Must reside in Idaho and have a private workspace free from distractions
