      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Modify and adapt K12 curriculum to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
      - Write and maintain compliant IEPs for students with special needs
      - Collaborate with general education teachers to achieve student goals
      - Educate parents on instructional strategies and facilitate IEP meetings
      - Proctor required testing and collaborate with the related services team to develop IEP goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web tools
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently without direct supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience
      - Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Special Education
      - 3 or more years of classroom experience in Special Education
