      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate push-in and pull-out support for Tier 2 student learning using the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) model
      - Assist teachers in identifying and grouping students needing additional support and developing appropriate interventions
      - Facilitate the Student Support Team (SST) process with various stakeholders, including parents and instructional staff
      - Implement and track Tier 2 support for identified students, refining strategies as needed to improve outcomes
      - Maintain accurate records and assess student progress regularly, providing necessary reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid Oregon certification in Elementary Multiple Subjects; literacy background preferred but not required
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
      - Customer-focused approach with a high degree of flexibility
      - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
      - Technologically proficient, especially with Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or similar intervention frameworks
      - Familiarity with data-driven instructional strategies and assessments
      - Experience in a virtual teaching or online education environment
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Willingness to travel for in-person events as required
