      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the planning, evaluation, and delivery of the school's ELL program
      - Provide ELL training and mentoring support to learning coaches, teachers, and staff
      - Ensure effective implementation of the ELL program, including monitoring the referral and placement process
      - Maintain ELL student records and operating policies to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Communicate updates and guidelines regarding ELL policy and state testing to administration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Valid State Teaching Certificate and/or ESL or TESOL certification
      - Knowledge of ELL diagnostic procedures and education of ELL students
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree
      - Experience as a campus ELL coordinator, tutor, or teacher
      - Experience teaching or leading in an online setting
