Because we’re here to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

      It starts with YOU.

      Business Unit: Personal Care

Reports to: Supply Chain leader for Western and Central Europe

Are you ready to lead logistics transformation across Western Europe for a dynamic and growing Personal Care business? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Logistics Manager to drive end-to-end logistics operations, elevate service performance, and shape the future of our supply chain.

This is a high-impact leadership role covering key markets including Italy, France, BeNeLux, Spain, DACH, Portugal, and the Nordics.

You’ll be at the heart of our current supply chain transformation, ensuring seamless customer deliveries, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Logistics Operations Leadership

      • Own and lead all logistics activities across the WE Personal Care market: warehousing, transportation, value-added services, and more.
      • Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across internal teams and logistics partners.
      • Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and CSL (Case Service Level) performance to exceed customer expectations.

      2. 3PL/4PL Management

      • Identify, onboard and manage relationships with logistics providers including 3PLs, 4PLs, carriers, and LLPs.
      • Negotiate contracts together with our Procurement function, monitor performance metrics, and ensure cost control and service excellence.

      3. Cost Management & Optimization

      • Own the logistics budget - identify and drive opportunities for cost transformation.
      • Lead initiatives in network efficiency, footprint and sustainability optimization, and inventory flow improvements.

      4. Strategic Projects & Transformation

      • Support the integration of new technologies (TMS/WMS upgrades, advanced analytics, Kinaxis) as part of the upcoming SAP/R4 transformation.
      • Collaborate on regional projects such as direct shipments, cross-dock solutions, and market launches.

      5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Sales, Mills, ECMs, and Customer Logistics to ensure seamless supply to customers.
      • Act as the key logistics interface with the WE commercial leadership, providing insights on performance, issues and risk mitigation as well as opportunities.
      • Support demand/supply balancing and contingency planning in response to market volatility.

      6. Future Team Leadership

      • As part of the current transformation, you will be in a unique position to build and lead your high-performing team (i.e. Customer Service, Customer Logistics, Collaborative Planners, DC managers).
      • Manage local service providers (warehousing, transport, VAS) to ensure consistent service delivery.
