What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and stakeholders to maintain an email calendar
- Analyze past email campaigns for insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Innovate and iterate on technical capabilities in email marketing with the technical team
- Create presentations to showcase successes and learnings in email marketing for leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in an email platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Proficiency in email testing and optimization approaches
- Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Responsys, Silverpop, and Message Gears
- Knowledge of project management tools, with Jira preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Amp Script or similar personalization language
- Understanding of compliance principles including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required
