  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment
  - Develop and execute email marketing strategies for promotional, transactional, and targeted trigger campaigns
  - Ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of email campaigns and addressing client service issues
  - Establish and manage A/B testing platforms to enhance productivity, deliverability, and engagement
  - Optimize email programs through continual testing of creative, cadence, and targeting
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong proofreading and editing skills
  - Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices including targeting, creative messaging, and compliance
  - Proficiency in commonly used email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp) and CMS/backend templates
  - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to develop and measure marketing program performance
  - Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Agency experience is preferred
  - Ability to write marketing copy for various industries while capturing their voice
  - Passion for optimization and data analysis to discover insights for performance improvement
  - Experience in strategizing and implementing drip campaigns
  - Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail
