  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the execution and optimization of B2B email programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  - Build and optimize prospect nurtures and sales enablement email programs aligned with sales priorities
  - Execute post-activation lifecycle nurtures to support product adoption and engagement
  - Manage campaign builds, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization across marketing platforms
  - Monitor performance and report on engagement, conversion, and revenue impact, providing insights and recommendations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2-3+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments
  - Proven experience driving demand outcomes from email, including MQL, SQL, and revenue impact
  - Hands-on expertise with Marketo and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
  - Basic understanding of nurture strategy, attribution, and funnel performance
  - Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset and comfortable partnering cross-functionally
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with Iterable and ActiveCampaign is a strong plus
  - Experience in developing segmentation, personalization, and suppression strategies using CRM data
