What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute all email programs, activities, and deliverables
- Analyze email campaigns and marketing automation results to improve performance
- Design and deliver reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends to enhance email marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prioritize and execute new features and functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or administration
- Experience in B2B marketing within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with email marketing programs such as Pardot, Silverpop, or Exact Target
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email marketing operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation tools and large-scale marketing campaigns
- Understanding of email regulations and privacy rules
- Passion for technology and staying updated on new solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
