What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and deploy email campaigns from provided briefs, templates, and copy
- Format and QA email content to ensure a clean experience across devices and inboxes
- Execute A/B tests and document results for continuous improvement
- Manage campaign checklists and approvals to ensure smooth launches
- Maintain email templates and modules while applying tracking standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Marketo)
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, automation, and personalization best practices
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on customer-centric messaging
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with lifecycle concepts such as welcome, nurture, and win-back
- Experience with basic segmentation logic and dynamic content
- Exposure to accessibility or deliverability best practices
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using email analytics tools
