What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and campaigns
- Proof, edit, and track email content from creation to delivery with attention to detail
- Manage lead generation plans and identify target segments for email campaigns
- Monitor email marketing initiatives, analyze ROI data, and establish performance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting, design, and editing for email marketing
- Deep understanding of Email Service Providers with experience in email deliverability and management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Extensive experience with email database management and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in WordPress or other web content management systems for campaign implementation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management
- Familiarity with advanced database management and customer segmentation strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking of email campaigns
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and opt-in practices
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
