What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute email campaigns from conceptualization through to analysis, including designing emails and managing sends
- Implement and optimize lifecycle trigger automations and ad-hoc promotional campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email strategy and improve engagement metrics
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the email tech stack and ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into successful email campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
- Proficient in using email marketing platforms like Marketo
- Strong writing and graphic design skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
