What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects within a marketing automation platform such as Customer Insights, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Use data insights and KPIs to optimize campaigns and provide actionable recommendations
- Build lead journeys for event and text campaigns within the Microsoft Customer Insights platform
- Monitor campaign rollout and distribute results while assessing the competitor landscape for opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of hands-on email/text marketing experience, preferably with Customer Insights or similar platforms
- Familiarity with email/SMS best practices
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
