What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work directly with customers to investigate and resolve complex issues primarily over email
- Schedule and join Zoom meetings as necessary to assist customers

- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance communication and customer experience
- Develop and maintain internal resources by writing knowledge base articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous technical support or chat support experience
- Experience in a high-volume customer support environment
- Professional presence in customer-facing settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High technical aptitude and receptiveness to feedback
