What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Email/SMS marketing initiatives using platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Prepare data reports to track campaign performance and insights
- Engage in copywriting and content creation, including blog writing
- Utilize Litmus for email testing and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Email/SMS marketing
- Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive platforms
- Strong analytical skills for data reporting and A/B testing
- Experience in copywriting and content creation is a plus
- Familiarity with Litmus is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the beauty industry
- Additional knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Creative skills in content creation beyond copywriting
- Familiarity with other email marketing tools and software
