- Operate embroidery equipment, perform regular maintenance, etc.
- Monitor inventory usage trends for setting maximum and minimum inventory levels to ensure adequate inventory of supplies are available for production.
- Works with area coordinator to ensure that customer needs are being met and works to continuously improve the process.
- Performs labor and maintenance duties as a working member of the departments.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned throughout operations at Aggie Print and Mail.
- Hours of operation: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. You would set your hours during that time period, flexibility desired to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn new things, and willing to manage and be managed.
- A good attitude, willing to learn new skills.
- Knowledge of embroidery process.
- Experience operating embroidery equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management and customers.
- Ability to work with staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Willing to learn.

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
