      Emergency Technicians work closely with RNs and the rest of the emergency team to provide high-quality patient care and a calming confident and caring presence in the potentially high-stress and fast-paced emergency department.

      Position Specifics: Emergency Room Tech

      Department: Emergency Room (17-bed unit)

      Schedule: Part Time | Nights | 2x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend & holiday rotation | No call | Flexible with school schedules

      Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital

      Location: Effingham, IL

      Compensation: Based on experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends

      Education

      Certified Nursing Assistant LPN or Emergency Medical Technician.

      Certifications Licenses and Registrations

      Eligible to work as a Nursing Assistant in the hospital and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry LPN licensed in the state of practice or Emergency Medical Technician certified in state of practice.

      Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required
