About the RoleWe are looking for an Emerging Talent Administrator to join our HR Operations Team in Bristol and provide administrative support to our Emerging Talent team. The role holder will provide effective administrative support with all Emerging Talent (ET) programmes nationally, including attraction, recruitment, selection and assessment through to the onboarding of successful candidates. They will seek to consistently deliver high quality service on time, with a focus on responsiveness, effective communication and attention to detail.
Candidate management
- Manage and respond to queries received into the team inbox in a timely manner ;
- Communication with candidates using our recruitment systems e.g. scheduling interviews; producing offer letters and monitoring candidates responses;
- Support the Emerging Talent Team with the successful delivery of candidate assessment days, including event arrangements and resourcing candidate assessors and interviewers;
- Maintain candidate records on the HR recruitment system, Workday and internal trackers;
- Arrange payment of candidate travel expenses and support with the financial assistance process for future emerging talent programme participants;
- E-filing
Onboarding
- Adding programme participants to Workday to commence onboarding prior to start date
- Monitor and tracking of candidate verification checks prior to start date
- Arrange pre-employment Occupational Health process
- Liaison with ETA team regarding start dates and induction process
- Process incoming invoices relating to recruitment and update trackers
