      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor, analyze, and enforce compliance with laws and regulations for the Group Health Insurance Program
      - Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support program operations and policy decisions
      - Participate in the annual contract and benefits revision process
      - Collaborate with program managers and vendors to resolve compliance matters and mitigate risks
      - Conduct research and interpret statutory and regulatory changes impacting the program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in researching and recommending compliance-related program and policy changes
      - Proven ability to develop and implement programs, policies, or processes to meet regulatory obligations
      - Knowledge of federal or state laws, mandates, or regulations related to health insurance
      - Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including management and external partners
      - Minimum experience in program and policy work related to health insurance for senior-level candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing compliance-related policy changes specific to health benefit programs
      - Background in managing vendor compliance and performance
      - Ability to perform in-depth analysis of benefit plan compliance or audit risk
      - Experience with regulatory compliance related to pharmacy insurance requirements
      - Familiarity with IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plans
