What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, addressing questions and resolving issues via phone, email, and in person
- Assist employees with enrollment processes, benefit changes, and claims inquiries while providing accurate information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records in various systems
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with employee benefits concepts, terminology, and processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
