      Job Description:

      This job is responsible for developing and managing client-centric strategies from simple to complex to deliver financial solutions to meet our Financial Center and Expansion Markets’ clients current and emerging financial needs with the goal of driving significant, incremental client engagement and deposit growth. The role will focus on the creation and execution of strategic employee client plans through strong collaboration with partners. This role collaborates with Market Leaders, Market HR, Consumer/Financial Center Channel, Specialist(s), and Consumer Academy to deliver on the Employee Financial Services (EFS) framework and strategy. The EFS strategic framework supports the financial wellness of BAC employees to deliver a more unified customer experience via financial education, expert advice and guidance, and access to BAC tools, resources, differentiated offers and services for employees.

      Responsibilities:

      • Identifies and creates comprehensive business and engagement plans to drive positive EFS business results, deepening employee relationships and yielding strong client outcomes

      • Oversees end to end cross functional process, including specialist onboarding, management of market partnerships, integrated communications, event options for execution, and reporting/analysis

      • Provides information on market/division trends leveraging knowledge of market research, client demographics, specialist performance, product penetration and LOB employee product participation

      • Identifies opportunities to enhance engagement strategy to expand reach of specialists to support continued growth and reinforce operational excellence

      • Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners

      • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop initiatives that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates

      • Possess strong executive presence to deliver presentations at all levels and to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and develop plans to support them

      • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of Consumer Banking products, programs, and services

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, relationship management, client care or business support roles

      • Knowledge of the Financial Center Channel and/or Operational Excellence

      • Degree or designation (i.e., BA, MBA, MS, CFA)

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $80,100.00 - $115,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
