As the Employee Lifecycle & Rewards Lead, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the employee lifecycle and rewards process, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Your Impact: In this role, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to lead and support HR initiatives and HR campaigns, ensuring process efficiency and compliance. Your project management skills will be essential in implementing tools and driving transformation within the organization. As part of the management team, you will play a key role in maintaining process quality and efficiency and demonstrating digital acumen. You will be coordinating work of six HR professionals across four countries who deliver HR support to HR Business Partners and the business. You will be the first point of contact for employee lifecycle and rewards related topics in the zone. What We're Looking For: We are seeking for a self-motivated and well-organized individual with strong abilities in change management and stakeholder engagement. Previous senior HR specialist or team coordinator experience, as well as familiarity with mobility/rewards and knowledge of labor law in one of the Nordic countries, is seen as an advantage.
