What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with business leaders on employee behavior and performance issues, providing guidance on corrective actions
- Conduct investigations involving fact-gathering, analysis, and application of relevant laws and policies
- Interpret and apply corporate policies, employment law, and regulations to employee relations inquiries
- Collaborate with HR leaders on matters requiring legal counsel or establishing precedents
- Maintain necessary documentation including investigative notes and disciplinary memos
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in employee relations and EEO investigations
- Proficiency in using technology, including MS Office, Workday, Ethico, and Salesforce
- Professional certification such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is preferred
