What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and performance management practices to leadership
- Conduct fact-finding investigations into performance-related employee grievances and moderate issues
- Identify compliance gaps and systemic risks within employee relations processes and collaborate with leaders to resolve them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners and legal/audit teams as a trusted advisor
- Analyze employee relations data to detect trends and suggest data-driven improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, specifically in employee relations
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in performance management, organizational development, and workplace investigations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret employee relations data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AWI Certificate Holder, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution certification
- Employee relations experience in a mid-size corporate environment
- Willingness to engage in company culture-building activities, such as employee resource groups
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and other in-person engagements
