What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line support in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations issues
- Conduct on-site internal investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with findings
- Investigate complaints related to discrimination, harassment, and violations of human resources policies
- Deliver counsel and assistance on employee relations issues to staff and management
- Analyze complex HR-related issues and recommend solutions or best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Intermediate Human Resources Analyst or five (5) years of equivalent experience at an intermediate HR level
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to Human Resources
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all staff levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with administrative investigative techniques and report writing
- Familiarity with Google, AZ360, and various HR monitoring software
- Proven ability to cultivate interpersonal relationships within diverse groups
- Experience in conducting public speaking or training sessions
- Background in analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings
