What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver Employee Relations consulting services to dedicated client groups on various ER matters
- Investigate internal employee complaints and recommend solutions to management
- Consult and coach managers on performance management best practices
- Support HRBPs and managers with position elimination activities and change management
- Utilize Case Management tools to document and manage ER matters and investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or a related area
- 0-5 years of progressive Employee Relations or HR Generalist experience
- Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or SPHR designation preferred
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
