      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate employee relations cases involving policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, and performance concerns
      - Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts
      - Document findings and recommendations in a clear and compliant manner
      - Provide guidance to managers on performance management and policy interpretation
      - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee relations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of employee relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong emotional intelligence to engage with diverse audiences
      - Proficiency in MS365 and knowledge of HR functions and information systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
