  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  - Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations is required
  - Proven ability to build strong interpersonal connections across all organizational levels
  - Solid understanding of employment and labor laws, with practical application skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
  - Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
  - Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
