      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Champion Airbus values and culture by partnering with leaders and employees to resolve conflicts
      - Drive the Employee Relations strategy and provide support to various business units
      - Conduct investigations and present findings to disciplinary committees as needed
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement and communicate new policies
      - Facilitate quick and effective resolution of employee concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, Management, Labor Relations, Compliance, or Legal
      - Proven experience conducting investigations and leading difficult conversations
      - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
      - Experience working with both hourly and salaried employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace industry
      - Background in a manufacturing environment
      - Familiarity with complex, international organizations
      - Prior labor union experience
