What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct investigations and inquiries related to employee relations issues
- Coordinate and present training programs and activities for employees and management
- Research, analyze, and present data related to employee relations
- Investigate and respond to complaints issued by the Director's office and/or EEOC/OEO
- Assist in full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to HR
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze problem situations and determine acceptable solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant HR Certification
- Experience with Google and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
