What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflicts
- Collaborate with business leaders to recommend actions for employee performance concerns
- Conduct internal investigations related to employee relations allegations such as discrimination and policy violations
- Utilize the employee relations case management system for documentation and case tracking
- Drive cultural adoption of the employee relations team through training and communication initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR Business Partner, or labor/employment law
- Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
- Deep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
