      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues across field locations
      - Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and document findings in accordance with policy and laws
      - Manage open employee relations matters to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
      - Participate in offboarding processes, including advising on separations and conducting exit interviews
      - Develop and maintain employee relations metrics dashboards and collaborate on workplace climate solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on employee relations or Senior HR generalist experience in a multi-location healthcare or behavioral health environment
      - Familiarity with CARF, TJC, or other accreditation/state regulatory standards
      - SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher-level HR certification
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG Pro) and case management tools
      - Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
      - Excellent judgment, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
