      Employee Relations Specialist

      Interior Logic Group is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist. The ER Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other employee relations issues. The position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ER Specialist works closely with HR partners, legal teams, and management to resolve complaints and promote a healthy workplace environment.

      What you'll do:

      Conduct Investigations:
      • Lead and conduct prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into complex employee relations issues.
      • Gather and analyze relevant evidence, including conducting interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects.
      • Review documentation such as emails, employment records, and other relevant information.

      Documentation & Reporting:
      • Document investigation steps and findings in a clear and concise manner.
      • Prepare detailed investigation reports that outline findings and recommended next steps.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investigations and outcomes.

      Compliance & Policy Adherence:
      • Ensure all investigations are conducted in compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
      • Recommend changes to HR policies and procedures to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.

      Collaboration:
      • Partner with HR, legal, and management to address investigation outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.
      • Advise management on risk management and resolution strategies based on findings.

      Training & Education:
      • Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on conducting fair and effective investigations.
      • Educate employees on company policies, appropriate workplace conduct, and reporting procedures.


      Skills and knowledge you should possess:

      Qualifications:
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
      • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, legal, or a similar role. Experience in workplace investigations is highly desirable.
      • Skills:
        • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
        • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
        • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
